To request the connection the hotel will need to contact their sales or account manager, who will kick start the connection process between SmartHOTEL and Fastbooking.
Once this is done, Fastbooking will provide the hotel code/PIN to connect and setup the mapping.
Credentials.
Fastbooking may provide the hotel with the following information which is required for connectivity
The Property ID is required for the PIN Code on the XML credentials. The XML credentials can be requested from the SmartHOTEL support team.

Rates with no Guarantee
Should a hotel set up a rate with no guarantee then Fastbooking will send a dummy credit card with the reservation.

Because the Card Code is not valid reservations will not be able to deliver to the interfaced PMS.
