A new customer on channel
If the hotel is not yet a customer, Caesar Data will contact the hotel and send the contracts. As soon as the contracts are available and Caesar Data has been set up, Caesar Data can activate the interface and forward the hotel ID to SmartHOTEL. Please ensure Caesar Data is provided with the White Label ID for reservation delivery.
An existing customer on channel
The contact details of the hotel must be sent to Caesar Data by e-mail.
If the hotel is already a customer, the interface is activated and Caesar Data inform SmartHOTEL of the customer's hotel ID.
Credentials.
Only the Hotel Code is needed for the PIN code in the XML credentials
Please ensure Caesar Data is provided with the White Label ID for reservation delivery.
Mapping.
Caesar Data will provide one rate per room, this needs to be mapped in the standard column.

Availability vs Restrictions
Caesar Data receive two protocols from us, for the hotel rules and availabilities. In the rules it says that the hotel is closed but at the same time they receive free rooms via the availabilities then the rate will remain open.
