Please ask the property to inform Cloudinn of the connection with SmartHOTEL.
Credentials.
Cloudinn will need the White label ID, Hotel ID and PMS password to make the connection.
Mapping
The mapping is done based on room and rate ID’s. Virtual room id’s will not need to be mapped. Reservations for virtual rooms will be delivered to the id of the main room.
Fuctionalities
Cloudinn is able to deliver availability, rate and restriction messages. Reservations will be pulled by Cloudinn.
Reservation delivery
Reservations will be pulled every 5 minutes.
