An existing customer on channel

An email needs to be sent to Feratel asking for mapping codes for a connection.

A new customer on channel

It is not possible for a hotel to sign up as a hotel. Hotels are selected by local tourist offices.

Example switch email

Subject: Connect hotel XXX to Feratel for ......* Channel Manager

Dear Feratel team,

Can you please activate the following property for a connection to ......* and send the mapping codes:

Hotel ID should be entered as pin code in the Credentials tab.

Who provides what

Feratel will provide the channel manager with the mapping codes and general information to connect to the interface.

The codes can also be found in the Feratel extranet under Interface Maintenance.  The Achievement Mapping is the Hotel ID.
