An existing customer on channel
The hotel needs to fill out a channel manager request form and return it to Goedverblijf. This form can be downloaded via their Goedverblijf extranet.
A new customer on channel
A new hotel can register online at https://www.goedverblijf.nl/nl/hotel-aanmelden
Timeframe
Once Goedverblijf has received the connection request they will forward it to SmartHOTEL with the XML credentials.

Mapping.
Mapping is only required in the standard column.
Every room has a "rates desc" rate. This is the standard rate which can be connected as well. Furthermore, GVB works with packages which all will be connected as rates.
