Hotel contacts Hotel Direct and requests a connection with channel manager.
Either the hotel or Hotel Direct will contact SmartHOTELwith the necessary login details.
A new customer on channel
The hotel can sign up via http://www.hotelextranet.co.uk/add-your-hotel.htm fill out the form and HotelDirect will contact the hotel. The Hotel needs to ask for a connection with the channel manager SmartHOTEL.
