Timeframe

Activating XML can be done same-day (Monday-Friday). If the request is for the same day, please send the XML Request Form to the Hoteliers.com support team and call them to notify them of the urgency.

Credentials.

Who provides what

The Hoteliers.com support agent will always send the hotel ID (needed for the XML connection) and the extranet login to the hotel with the channel manager in CC.

The Hotel ID is needed for the XML User and PIN code.

Mapping.

Rates

Multiple rates are supported.

On hoteliers.com specific rate types can be created for the Single, Triple and Quad use. Those can be mapped in different columns in the mapping.

Packages can be mapped as well, but to retrieve reservations only.

If the Hotel has specific Single Use rates then see the below example;

As you can see the rate code 2DGASTRO and 3DGASTRO are mapped to a package on Hoteliers.com.

Because a package is to retrieve reservations only, it should be set up with "No R&A update" type.

Bookable until

11 months (if today is August, the hotel is bookable until July next year)

Pick up/ Push cycle

Changes in R&A are processed instantly. Reservations are being picked up every 10 minutes.
