Activating XML can be done same-day (Monday-Friday). If the request is for the same day, please send the XML Request Form to the support team and call them to notify them of the urgency.


Who provides what

The support agent will always send the hotel ID (needed for the XML connection) and the extranet login to the hotel with the channel manager in CC.

The Hotel ID is needed for the XML User and PIN code.



Multiple rates are supported.

On specific rate types can be created for the Single, Triple and Quad use. Those can be mapped in different columns in the mapping.

Packages can be mapped as well, but to retrieve reservations only.


If the Hotel has specific Single Use rates then see the below example;
