Existing customer on the channel:

1. Fill in the credentials and log in on the extranet of
2. Go to the ‘General’ tab in the upper left corner
3. Navigate to “ XML interface”

4. Go to the form that needs to be filled in (click “yes”). Check the three boxes and fill in your name at the bottom.

5. Advice: make a screenshot of the form that you have filled in.

New customer on the channel:

When a hotel is interested in a partnership with, they can send an e-mail to the new connection team.


When navigating to ' XML interface for booking sites' and selecting a channel manager, the switch will be generated automatically. Therefore there is no time frame for the switch.


Who provides what?

In order to get the XML credentials, the only thing you need is the login details to the interface, which are in the possession of the hotel. When the hotel informs you that they want the connection, all you need to do is ask for the login details of the interface and then follow the steps described in the Switch tab.



Occupancy based pricing is supported.

If you set up your Deluxe room type for example for both, single and double use, that is possible.  In the mapping for the room type, you can enable the room type for single use as well.

If you set up your room type with the settings 2-3 or 2-4 in the extranet, it is also possible to enable the setting use triple use and use quad use.

In the example below the channel manager will upload a single and double rate.


Multiple rates are supported.

Breakfast is created in the rate code on the site. There is no need to select a boarding type.  A distinction is made between BI and LO.  BI stands for the rate excluding breakfast and LO stands for the rate including breakfast.

Reservation delivery

Reservations are being delivered through the Channel Manager and to the hotel directly. Please note that credit card details are only partially enclosed. For the complete credit card details, the hotelier can turn to the interface.


Please note that if you would like to trigger a refresh until the end of the year, you can only send a refresh in batches for 2 months at a time.

Bookable until...?

Hotels that are connected with are bookable until December the next year.
