Channel manager switching procedure
Please write to the fx1 support and datahub team specifying the hotel name and city.
IDS will create internal tickets for switching over tasks and will assign appropriate teams for execution.
Who is providing the hotel code and credentials to connect to SmartHOTEL and what is the timeframe on this procedure:
IDS Next has a dedicated team for Channel setup for hotel customers and they would provide all necessary information when new customers are onboarded. Activities cover, providing PMS hotel codes, room types, Rate codes, Credentials etc. IDS would internally talk to hotels in getting these data if applicable and would communicate to Smart hotel with hotels in copy. The hotels IT team and revenue team will also be copied in all communication with respect to all setup and all related activities.
Time frames might vary between 2- 4 days.
SmartHOTEL needs to provide the whitelabelID and hotelID for every hotel.
