An existing customer on channel

  • The hotelier needs to log on Extranet, using his login and password;
  • To go to tab «Hotel», then «General Info»;
  • To find new block «Channel manager» at the bottom of the page

and choose one of the three options:

    • If the hotelier wants to connect the property first time: choose the name of the channel manager from the drop-down menu. Please check the availability of the icon «Channel manager» on the top of the page;
    • If the hotelier wants to change Channel manager: press the button «Deactivate», then choose the name of the channel manager from the drop-down menu;
    • If the hotelier wants to deactivate the connection: press the button «Deactivate».

A new customer on channel

Hotel needs to fill out the application on and request a connection to channel manager.
