Please ask the property to inform RevControl of the connection with SmartHOTEL. There are two connections avaiable;

1. SmartOXI is directly into CONNECT

2. SmartHOTEL is directly into the channel manager

Credentials.

SmartHOTEL - RevControl will need the Whitelabel ID & HotelID plus the channel code.

SmartOXI - RevControl will need the Hotel Code.

Revcontrol is a revenue management system that will send us prices via a rateplan and minimum length of stay restrictions.

Mapping

In SmartOXI, they will use codes and in SmartHOTEL they will use ID's.

If they are sending rates by RatePlanGroupingCode then a rate plan will need creating in the channel manager. Prices will be calculated from the rateplan. Revcontrol is also able to send rates by RatePlanCode and they can provide the rates per occupant. You will need to let them know the room occupancies.
