The hotel needs to send an email to StGlobe to create an account on Special Tours. When this is done, Special Tours will provide us the hotelcode, SmartHOTEL needs to provide the WhiteLabelID to Special Tours.
An existing customer on channel
The hotel needs to send an email to StGlobe to create an account on Special Tours. When this is done, Special Tours will provide us the hotelcode, SmartHOTEL needs to provide the WhiteLabelID to Special Tours.
Credentials.
SmartHOTEL only needs the hotelcode from Special Tours, that code must be entered in the PIN Code section in the booking site section of the SmartHOTEL extranet. SmartHOTEL needs to provide the WhiteLabelID to Special Tours.
Mapping.
Only the standard column needs to be mapped, this could be multiple rates per room.
