Please ask the property to inform their Taurus consultant of the connection with SmartHOTEL.

Credentials.

Taurus will need the White label ID, Hotel ID and PMS password to make the connection.

Mapping

The mapping is done based on room and rate id’s. Virtual room id’s will not need to be mapped. Reservations for virtual rooms will be delivered to the id of the main room.

Fuctionalities

Taurus is able to deliver availability messages and to pull reservations.  Taurus will not sent us rates or restrictions. The reservation pick up is normally on 5 minutes but configurable if desired.
