An existing customer on channel
The hotel has no contract with Tomas Travel. Tomas Travel has contracts with regions and cities, and they have contracts with the hotels. So the hotel needs to inform the local office/ channel manager in order to get a connection with Tomas Travel. The channel manager needs to write an email to the connectivity team with the hotel address and name. Tomas Travel connect team will answer the enquiry to the channel manager. The connection can then be created.
A new customer on channel
The hotel doesn't need a contract with Tomas Travel, never. The hotel has a contract with the regions and city. So the local office needs to write an email with the enquiry to the connectivity team. The Tomas Travel connect team will do a recheck and inform the local office/channel manager with the data in order to create the connection.

Can you confirm when the XML connection is ready, and provide me with the connection credentials?
