TOTVS will provide:

• Hotelid, which is entered in the PMS mapping

• VAT percentage needs to be entered
• Source code mapping needs to be done, this is the same for all properties. IATA code is the Louvre code and source of business is the TOTVS code.
• TOTVS internal ratemapping needs to be done, mapping file is to be found in the wiki to easily connect the louvre ratecodes to the TOTVS internal ratecodes.
• We currently only sent reservations towards TOTVS there is no connection for other message types yet.
