No procedure is needed from Splendia side. If you fill out the hotel code as pin code in the credentials tab you can set up.
A new customer on channel
Hotels can join via http://www.splendia.com/en/hotel/join/ after they are live on Splendia they can provide the local office with the hotel code.

Reservations will be picked up every 10 minutes.
Restrictions
When a rate is closed, the XML message will show Available="0". If the rate is open, the XML message will show Available="1". This is how restrictions are handled on rate level
