An existing customer on channel
XML connection has to be enabled by World Meetings and they will provide the XML credentials upon request. There is a third party which provides these credentials so please request them on time. No Pincode is needed.
Contact takes only place between the channel manager and Worldmeetings. The reason is that direct action is needed from the moment the xml credentials are switched and provided. From that moment all reservation will immediately flow via the channel manager connection.
